Karak channels the season 24 team of rookies, not really showing up for the game today.
1st half KAMU tried to get an early score, but couldn't keep hold of the ball. The Huskies quickly scooped it up and soon were trotting in for the go-ahead TD as time ran out. Half time down 1-0
2nd half was even worse. The Techie defense did not shot up for the 1st drive, and UCON waltzes in for a quick score. By this time, 5 dwarves are sitting on the sideline (3 BH, 2 thrown out) and only Deon Long of the Huskies is enjoying a forced rest (caught fouling). Undermaned, the Karak offense again is thwarted and the Huskies get in for a third score. There was little hope of scoring in the time remaining. and the final was 0-3.
Jon Deer picks up guard after getting the MVP (probably for staying on the pitch for all 8 turns of the 1st half). At least all 4 injuries were BH's (and 3 of the 4 against the Huskies regenerated..with the last one happening on turn 7 or 8 of the 2nd half).
