“Think this was my 6th attempt at a gnome team, and the 4th forced into retirement in under 4 matches. At least this one lasted longer than the LAST incarnation, which lost half it's roster in it's first game.

I REALLY want to like gnomes, but when I get diced in every single effing game with them, it takes it's toll. I have managed to win just once in 40 or so games with the race. Nearly to a game, I've been on the arse end casualties, nearly ALWAYS the Squig Slayers. I honestly can't recall EVER playing a match that started and ended with both of them on the field.


Don't get me started on the SW rolls. The cannon sucks. I have some interesting ideas on how to use one, but plain and simple, they suck. I still field one, because they can be fun, and they open a lot of strategies, in emergencies. Unfortunately, I never see more than one drive out of their 10+ SW rolls.


I want to like this race, I really do. One more chance, and that's it. I gotta be good for a good dice game with gnomes at least once, right? ”
