“Knocked out in a fairly unlucky game against a v experienced High Elf coach. We received first and were lucky that our opponent failed the pickup after using the wizard to spill the ball. However, that stroke of good luck was repaid with interest the following turn. We tried to stall on T7 to prevent a 2-turn equalizer, but the screen was thin and tmoila got the dice he needed to dodge through, sack the carrier and secure the ball. Despite a last-ditch attempt to defend in the last turn, a timely custard pie gave the ß player the opening he needed to score.

Ur of the Uus had been hitting hard and by the start of the second we were down to 9 v 11. There wasn't really going to be any coming back, with ß receiving and up on players. In the end, we didn't have any answer for the Tackle/MB and there wasn't anything we could do to prevent the score.
