His muscles were quite thick, his name: McRunfast.
This elf did work hard, and his arms began to grow,
He also honed his skill, developing a mighty blow,
It wasn't too long until others began fearing his name,
Watching as he amassed four casualties within a single game.
He was gifted with brawn, with grace, and agility,
Even while hampered with some staggering injuries,
McRunfast always shouldered his fair share of the toil,
As he ground his opponents into the blood-soaked soil.
Until one fateful day against a vile orc team,
The air was pierced by McRunfast's final scream,
An orcish lineman had finally put the blitzer in his grave,
The apothecary was called up, but there wasn't enough of McRunfast to save.
Somewhere there is joy, and somewhere there is laughter,
But here there are only tears, and the dreams of hereafter,
For today they bury a jersey, little more than tattered remains,
Which once belonged to a legendary blitzer, McRunfast was his name.”
