It started poorly, when the newly bought player Kesef (minotaur) was to make his first blow ever. He tripped and fell, and soon was surrounded by skeletons and such - who would'nt let him get up for another try. Kesef is now resting in the cow-heaven (or more probable, his spirit is haunting a certain not-that-good apothecary.
The rest of the game continued without much casualities at all - casualities that Khemri teams most often rely on. While too many Khemri were used to make certain that Kesef wouldn't be an annoyance, the chaos beastman Mashit got too much free room to move around, and made the first touchdown of the game in the fourth turn of the first half.
Following the next kickoff, a rather surprised skeleton got the ball and actually made it all the way from one side of the field to the other and scored a touchdown. Basically it was made possible by weak positioning in the centre of the field by God's creatures, along with some unlucky dodging at the end.
However, God's creatures played along with their general strategy to outflank the Khemri team and make sure the mummies got stuck in the centre of the field. From now on it worked like a charm, and the team was able to make another two touchdowns during the second half asserting them the victory.
Thank you, Kruppe, for this match. It was lots of fun!”
#12 Wayne – Broken Ribs (MNG) #12 Wayne – Smashed Hip (-MA)
“Very accurate summary,
let me just point out that I couldnt hurt anyone and therefore was mired down in bad positions with my mummies, while Gods Creatures roamed the field unchallenged.
Well Played by my opponent”
