We won the coin toss and received the opening kick. We got a Casualty on the line and knocked out Garrett Hughessss on turn 1. They blitzed in with D’Brickashaw against Lundy, but got a push on the opening block, leading to a 1d hit and a skull-out. A scrum ensued on the south side, convincing Fonoti to reposition to the north, killing D’Brickashaw Ferguson (one of the Brew Chiefs’ 3 Apothecaries saved the kill to a MNG) in the process. We got the Brew Chiefs down to 1 man with blocking and fouling, and then walked in the ball on turn 8.
The second half was insane. The Brew Chiefs were down to 9 men, and we got a Blitz! result. We got the ball, they got it back, we got it back from them and ran in the 2-0 score. By this point the Brew Chiefs were down to 6 men and couldn’t stop us from running in the turn 6 socre. To add insult to injury, we got another Blitz! and since the Brew Chiefs were down to 4 men, there was nothing to stop us from running in the turn 8 TD for a 4-0 win.”
