It started with ball kicked really deep so Necros put the pressure on, only for humans to play perfect handicap card - magic item for accurate pass - and then pickup+long bomb to reverse the field and threaten a score.
Legends made some good blocks and with a timely dodge managed to pop the ball loose, and it was wild - both teams streched across the field. We started jockeying for position and it took a couple of turns, but-as we approached the side - my stand firm and frenzy players managed to push some Boyz off the field. At turn 7 i thought i have a score - Wolf took the ball and moved into scoring range. But wait: Boys understood what is at stake and went for it, with some dodges and GFIs they managed to pop the ball loose and go to the half with even result.

2nd half started with Legends up by one player over the Boys, and we got a KO on first drive, but Boys struck back and KOed a skilled wight, taking out a juicy piece of TR off the pitch. I tried to set up some good zone protection for the ball, but human lino wasted no time dodging away into a one dice pow that KOed ball carrier. Hillarity ensues, we both traded some punches and ball was always in danger, but Legend managed to eeek out a score when Boyz failed 2 consecutive 2d blocks on the ball carrier. Boyz had 2 turns and no RRs to get an equiliser, but it was not to be :) ”
