Why didn't you take a Bloodweiser Babe? Or a Dirty Trick?
You won the coin toss and opted to kick. This isn't a cardinal sin but it is unorthodox.
You set up the boat defense, which is fine. You put one blitzer on one wing, and a lino on the other. Either put two blitzers or two linos up there, because otherwise you're letting your opponent chose whom to hit.
your 1d turn 1 blitz was a mistake, but you knew that already. You also blitzed the wrong guy. I'd have hit Pinto, 'cuz Pinto was covering the wide zone, and that would have let you get a Gutter Runner into my backfield. (This is highly situational; against a team with Block, one lone rookie Gutter Runner won't do it.)
At the end of turn 2, you took a 1d block with Barbecue. This got him crowdsurfed. You should have dodged.
Starting in turn 3, you didn't make a lot of mistakes per se; your real sin was too much contact. You put your guys in position to get hit, and then I locked them in so all you could do was throw 1d blocks. By that point you were down 4 men.
The OTS was a thing of brilliance and luck. And Skaven cheez. Congratz.
On turn 2 of the 2nd half, you tried a 1d blitz. It worked, but I would have run a man up to pull off the assist, make it 2d, just to be safe. Your t3 score was real luck. But you earned it!
Your last error was turn 6 of the second half. You left your men stranded, contingent on a 3+ dodge.
Good game! Was lots of fun. You'll be a solid coach in 100 games.
