The game was a must win considering the playoff aspiration (bye week), and all is good at the end, but the 1st half let a lot to be desired. Quick score was fine, but then Griffins made a perfect stall score in the face of pressure. The 1 turning attempt was botched by Smelter, who was not able to catch the perfect pass from Bortles. 1-1 at halftime, in a must win game.
Second half on the other hand was a stellar defensive effort, and Smelter ended up with 3 scores. He is picking up the pace recently in spite of 1st half miscue.
The damage department was not stellar, the team was concentrating on the ball this time. At the end this was probably the last relatively easy game vs Griffins, as rumors suggest they will get a massive boost in the offseason.
