“Probably the most exciting match ever played. The Bears found no way to stop the dreaded one turner Gutz nor did the Runners manage to stop the Bear's offensive. The first half ended 3 - 3 and the Bears started as offensive team in the second half with the golden opportunity to take the lead. There where stopped cold in their tracks after a successful Blitz by the Runners who scored before the Bears had any chance to get into ball possession. back with 3 - 4 the Bears were in the offense again and managed to score thistime making the odds more even. Now it was the Runners turn and this time the Skaven were blitzed sawing Gutz going prone and their ball carrier threatened. After much hard fighting in the Skavens half of the pitch, the Bears finally got the ball and managed to score late in the half leaving the Runners with just one turn to get a Draw. The Runner's Fans boosted their Team again giving them the much needed reroll for the final offensive drive, which was proptly needed as their Thrower Scratcheez fumbled. Mignolo blitzed again, clearing the path for Gutz to score again from the line of scrimmage. He made it towards the Bears Endzone uncontested just three squares to go. One GFI - successfull. Another GFI - successful again! Just one square for the final Touchdown and a final GFI. The crowd holds it's breath as Gutz leaped forward...only to stumble from exhaustion.”
