“A very respectable opponent pushed us to the limits. The game was won by an extremely narrow margin by the fantastic 1turn scoring effort by Smelter. Big respect to the Uniorns, first of all for beating the 2 time champion Universe, and then outmuscling the Patriots most of the time. It was uncharacteristic that the Patriots were behind in the CAS game, and had to scramble for position. The effort of Mack and Winston were great, but the result was mediocre. At least they endured hits and fouls like real man, and real fighters, and took some for the team. Also, Winston had the chance to sack in turn15, but he failed, even with coaching support (reroll). Then Rathman saved the day for 1horns and cleared the path for the equalizer.

The injury front is not kind to us, will miss Bilukidi from the conference final. Also will be missed Glennon, who lost some strength, but still promises to be a functional LOS player going forward.
