“All in all not bad considering I played 30 TR up.
He received and scored -as elves do-
I knew I was in trouble when my warrior double-skulled after I burned my reroll already on something equally unlucky in the same turn.
This left my ball-carrier less than perfectly protected and he had nothing going wrong so he scored 2-0.
With only a few turns to go in the first half I nevertheless scored 2-1 and scored a second touchdown in the second half.
He had no rr any more and I decided not to stall for a draw; to go all or nothing. Fortune favours the brave but Nuffle sure does not...
The his elven fans invaded the pitch and knocked two warriors out.
Ah well. Outnumbering me 11-8 (he had injured a beast earlier and I had no reserves) the elves could score easily.
FF did go down again. 3 casualties and 2 touchdowns do not matter if you roll a 1.
Glad the winnings were above average.
So at least I could buy an extra beast as a reserve for the future... ”
