“We only had 4 Ogres today and were facing some solid looking Dwarfs. The Wrestlers were getting the blocks in and taking down some Dwarfs but just couldn't crack their armour effectively. The first half was a straightforward effort for the Bearded rollers. They took a couple of snots out and their diving tackle managed to pin down others. No problem for them to score.
We had a moment to receive before half-time but an Ogre was too dumb to pick up Lucan. Also the heat turned sweltering and 4 Dwarfs (and just 1 snot) couldn't make it back. So 2nd half we were receiving v 7 players. What a chance for an Ogre to walk the ball forward. Big Daddy managed to pick up the ball. But no casualties caused, then a snot was cas'd from a hit and another due to diving tackle. After an Ogre bonehead fail Big Daddy needed to blitz someone but he snaked his gfi! A Dwarf picked up and the match was effectively over. A pathetic Wrestlers performance. For a moment it even seemed Little Lord Lucan would finally be killed! He was blitzed down hard by Gerdomon, but after the hit the apo did unusually superb work to save the little legend. A snot finally removed a player with a KO foul.
The game ends 2-0 and we are given a paltry winnings for the poor showing.
