The Meddlers quickly equalized in the second half, hoping to hunt the ball down for the winning touchdown. Mighty Vanhir waited for an opportunity to strike, found it and leapt in. He struck the ball loose, but Mereia failed to capitalize on it by failing to pick up the ball. Too bad, because the sea elves recovered it next turn and further secured it. A 2-1 loss. To make things worse, there was nothing of value on the sea elves' island worth recovering either. And so the Meddlers returned empty handed...”
