At turn 2 of the second half, the elves were surrounded with claws looking at multiple unlikely dodges just to get away from the claw. With enough guard thrown in that no easy 2 die blocks were likely.
The only thing the elves could hope for was a ton of pain. I don't remember the last time I conceded a match, but this time it was a good choice.
