I managed to blitz his Catcher ball carrier, the ball fell on the pitch, but then Doofr sent a catcher in the End Zone, picked up with an AG 4 Blitzer and scored with a pass.
At this point I had enough turns left to comfortably score, but my AG 3 Sure Hands Bull Centaur failed the pick up, and, even if the ball was in 2 tackle zones (there was another Bull Centaur marking it) my opponent managed to pick it up and punt it away with a Catcher, forcing me to go back to retrieve it, wasting 1 turn.
Since the 1st half was almost over, on turn 7, after sending forth a Hobgoblin as potential receiver, I tried to sprint with my Bull Centaur ball carrier to put him into scoring position as well, but he failed the first GFI and injured himself (Apothecary healed him).
This turnover stopped my offensive drive, and on 2nd half I managed to stall until turn 8 risking a bit, after some attempts to steal the ball by Doofr.”
