Mack and Winston both delivered above budget, biting each twice, but the best performance goes to Derek Wolfe. (Wolfe, got it?) Looks like the new midseason acquisitions are really pulling their weight. Zidina de-ogred the Greenskins last game, and Wolfe did CAS, assist, plus endurance in this pack-encounter.
Blake Bortles did some pitch and catch and retrieval drills. Teammates did not understand why he did that, but there was no harm in doing so. Nobody barked at him for doing that. He is rumored to be close to legendhood, so coaches did not worry about that either.
The division win is now officially secured. No way those pesky Classics could overtake the Patriots. The only question remains about the 1st round playoff bye, but that is also most likely safe.
Bernard Hoyer earned as MVP award. I guess the big dogs of the award committee liked his attitude on the LOS, what else could have they possibly rewarded? He is now on the practice field, ready to learn a new trick! Who said old dog never learns new tricks.
P.S. JackH, i hope you appreciate the dog references!”
