“I would like to amend a previous match report in this one: my game vs. Aequitas was not a dice rape. THIS was a dice rape.
I learned this: NEVER declare what the handicaps will probably be in IRC before the game. I called Virus and Running Late, and I got them both - 6 players Late even.
In the first turn I took 2 KO and one BH for my 4 remaining players. In the FIRST TURN. The last one didn't go out BH until turn 3. Amazing!
Next kickoff - Blitz!
Anyhow, the real clincher was my desperate attempt to bust out of a cage second half with a one die block - Skull, RR Skull, SI (niggling) apoth fails on a key blitzer. I've never played a game where I just stopped caring before. Even a late in the game pass attempt for SPP met with a fumble, RR, failed catch (1).
In any case, my opponent is an excellent coach, although my team was sadly* unable to test his abilities this game.
*by sadly I mean to say pathetically humiliatingly cursedly cut nuffle's nads off and feed them to a snotling-ly”
