This was a highly brutal game and both teams were lucky to have regeneration. Moonshine was the unlucky one who went down early and was ganged up on and fouled to pieces. Dum Dum was as proud of himself as a rotter could be.
Hack'n'Slash tired to keep up with Dum Dum but ended up being cut up by his own saw. The ref was also not up for much fun and Dum Dum was soon sent off ,as was the coach.
The first half was pretty safe (except the constant injury threats) until the ball was spilt and collected by the old reliable Bin Bag. It was however not kept long and Luftwolfa made a dash for the end-zone, ball in jaws. Jodie Marsh, with a lot of experience at taking down hairy beasts, got the ball loose again but could not stop the first score.
The second half started well for the Flies with some good violence. The only exception to the good start was with Chorli, who once was a dwarf, died and was raised as a zombie. He really is a disloyal git but does love playing Bloodbowl!
In the end Piers Morgan's Love Child scored as there was not many things left to damage. There was an attempt by the Tombstones for a very quick score but the Wight fluffed on picking up the ball. So it was 1-1 and time for overtime.
The Tombstones were receiving, possibly giving them an advantage but the Flies were warmed up and took a last minute defensive set up. With little energy and luck left the Undead were left stuck with a larger force of Nurgle charging down their throats. Walker, one of the Wights, even went to the length of killing himself to show off his regeneration skill.
Again there was not much opposition left so Piers Morgan's love child scored the winner. A brutal game but a good win for the Flies. They almost even wished Chorli luck in his new team.
