Was lucky to have a Pitch Invasion slightly in my favor at the beginning to give me decent position and limit my opponents blocks. Math was subtracting my ghouls at a decent clip, but was losing players faster. Their dodging and crafty play got them through the line, but not out of reach. We were able to turn them over, recover, and eventually score - though not without a little dramatic flair.
2nd Half was 8v8 as we had beaten the crap out of each other. Then Perfect Defense against us where the humies played "press-man". It helped them create some havoc as I failed the pickup after having to reroll a mummy block. But the reroll on that block BH a guy, and the subsequent mummy block KO'd another... so I'd take that trade any day. The living were down men and while we only had Vanderby to focus on the ball, Tristan the Zombie ended up with a bounced ball in his shaky mitts and he was able to go the distance. Fun times for the bad guys.

I focused on maximizing blocks to the detriment of leaving my ghouls open for hits. My opponent took advantage of that. If I weren't able to remove players at the same clip as he was, I might've been in ball handling trouble. As it was, my one ghoul played twice as much as the other two combined. That will spell trouble if I'm not dominating the pitch. Positioning was decent, played the ball and kept pace. Interested to hear an outside view on this one.”
