“Raise your stubbies high, Bear fans. Tonight Mister Yi earned his pay. For in the final moments of the first half, the Livin' Thing unleashed a fireball on Naure Roo, recent recipient of a star of the league award from the home office. She was rushed to the dugout where Mister Yi quick hands and strange herbs saved her life. Moments later, Rippa Roo snatched the ball out of the air as the ghoul, Bloody Tandy, attempted to toss the ball away. Rippa escaped the grasp of Powerless Farrel, and dashed into the end zone. We have it on good authority that Rippa earned her own star this evening as well.

And in an amazing display, the Bears managed something of a defense in the second half... holding the Livin' Thing to a draw, despite being able to field only half a team. At one point, only being able to muster four! The fans weren't happy about that though... invading the pitch and taking out their frustration on Darlee Roo, the only Bear defender not on the line of scrimmage.

Alas, the fan turned on their team, abandoning them during the greatest display of heart of the season!
