“Elves learned a lesson on turn 2. They wasted a reroll trying to hurt a tomb guardian (and still got a pushback), then failed a dodge and lost possession of the ball.
The rest of the game consisted of the khemri successfully grabbing the ball and holding on to it while walking down the pitch. The elves did their best to beat up on stragglers and kick them in their bony heads when they tripped and fell, but only had a single shot at the ball (in turn 8 of the first half), when they managed to knock it loose, then punt it with the AG5 thrower. Not bad at all. If they'd had the sense to leave someone in scoring position it might have actually worked out to get them a lead, but it was all for nothing.
Opponent was friendly and played better than I did. Good luck with the team, will be happy to play again!”
