“The Raiders came into this match on a jawdroppingly bad run of 12 without a victory. So the schedulers must have been laughing when they decided we should face Malmir's Box High Elves. A team with some freakish agile talent. Surely a mismatch. Such is their fame we brought in Glart, Hakflem and a merc. We shouldn't be outnumbered with a good bench, and with the claw Glart we could hopefully soon outman them. But it was not to be!

Their incredible, strong and agile leaper Frank soon smashed down and ko'd our carrier. Their even more agile catcher Alf then picked up under pressure and handed off to him. Hakflem then blitzed at Frank but it was double both down... and star Hakflem was cas'd! Alf then got the ball, passed to another catcher and he was away free. What a mess. Meanwhile our Rogre was lieing around prone and roaring uselessly. Frank also smashed the collar bone of our Guard Gutter Runner! A retirement injury to a key player, and the apo could not help. With KOs son top we couldn't stop the stall.
Second half the Elves scored easily. Headcrusher failed his break tackle blitz chance. After that Frank again took down our carrier, and the ball even scattered too and was caught by an Elf Blitzer! It was soon 3-0.
After a quick snap Zloos managed a one turn TD, stumbling along with the last gfi.
The Elves got yet another as Frank leapt over our defence. Zloos could have scored one more back but showed again he really needs to improve his sure footedness as he fell in the endzone after dodging through. 4-1 it ends.

Finally we decided to retire Rat Ogre Headcrusher. We had hoped he would make it to superstar but he has let us down time and again. Finally he had to go after his 40th match. Now we might be more efficient..
So schedulers, you will not have your wish. The Raiders will return! ”
