Played with my goblins this morning and got wrecked 4-0 by chorfs. To clear my head this evening, played with my orcs and lost 3-0 to norse.

I'm going to blame this one on the glue I was inhaling while sticking models together, because I played something dreadful in the first half, although after the glue wore off in the second half I was still pretty dismal.

Good thing I learned from this is the money spent on cheerleaders was a worthwhile investment - with orcs being surfed left right and centre, an adoring crowd meant they weren't at much risk of hurt.

The only other thing I learned is that I'm not very good at dealing with Norse. If those orcs of mine had learned to hit a bit harder, maybe we could have evened things up, but they didn't, and we didn't. At least there's nothing worse than an MNG from the injury list today...”
