“Elves did fine in the first half, lost the ball on turn 6 and didn't touch it for the rest of the game. Should probably have scored and made it more of a game when they had a chance (because they certainly did) rather than try to score against an opponent coach who outpositioned them at every turn.

A nice gang foul in the first half against legendary player The Night came within a short, curly green hair of killing him (would have been my third legend scalp!), but apothecary patched him up well enough that a game's rest will see him back on the pitch.

Elves were vicious foulers, fouling 9 times (including a couple of long shots near the end of the game when they were low on numbers). Jin of Shanxi fouled 5 times, including the one that nearly got The Night, and raised her average number of fouls per game a little bit.
