“Best game against chaos ever for me since joining the E.L.F. metagame, and will bring me some sweet 44 points in the season! Linguists could do no wrong this time, bashing to their hearts' delight, blocking 35 vs 36 times and fouling more than the claw monsters and their beastmen!

Two chaos blockers were quickly blocked and fouled off the field, which made things incredibly much easier for the Linguists. Armor dice were almost consistently hot for the elves, less so for the chaos team.

The best functioning skill on the pitch was probably the tentacles on the minotaur, which tripped up the elves on most of their attempts to get away. Dauntless elves also did very well, causing some damage and putting some fear in the chaos coach.

This chaos team will be much scarier soon, when they can afford to get mighty blow on their clawed monsters... then let's see them kill some orcs and dwarves!

Winnings from the game allowed me to purchase a 12th player and the 4th blitzer. Not bad at all... even if the team needs to rebuild and lick its wounds... probably a couple games against softer opponents will do me good.”
