We received and Santo soon had the ball. We were having to switch spots to keep advancing, with the Krox's dumbness in the middle not helping. One of our skinks was ko'd on a tripup dodge and then their agile blitzer Blity broke into our cage and ko'd Santo. Thankfully Superiore somehow caught the ball and scored. Rio Grande also cas'd their star Blitzer. But this left enough time for the Elves and they raced down the flank to equalize. We still had another quick drive but yet again Santo was taken down with a cage break.

Surprisingly both teams still had 11 players for the 2nd half. There was a riot. We needed something good to get a result here as we were kicking. In the centre of the pitch an Elf was ko'd from tripping up. We were able to swarm them. They got away for a moment with a dump off but Superiore got in there and smashed the carrier down. Santo retrieved the ball. It was exciting times but Santo again was stopped. It seemed we could probably make it but then Diablo the Krox threw a block..and double skulled! Could it be the third match in a row that he threw it away for us. Well the Elves had used their rrs on gifts and dodges, and just needed a quick pass to win. But the Runner fumbled! After some battling Santo could retrieve and we managed to get that winner. 2-1.

Great match against a good coach, and we had just enough fortune to win it. Both have to watch those cursed gfis.”
