“After 5-0 down last match this was another big defeat. There was an extraordinary start here. Ankle Biter got the ball to Lucan. Jake the Snake ran forward into the other half in case needed later. Jim Breaks then hurled Lucan forward too, but somehow hit the one spot occupied by our own player-Jake. Both Jake and Lord Lucan were KO'd in the collision. Truly incredible! What a scatter. Then, with hits too, despite receiving we were 5 players down after 2 turns!
Our Ogres did a decent effort after that suffering by ko'ing and cas'ing a few zombs. But eventually a Ghoul got enough space to score before half-time. We used the apo for a badly hurt ogre.
Second half we were overrun. In fact we suffered two blitz kickoffs! The first being with a short kick too. Rookie Les Kellet killing a Ghoul was the one highlight on our side. But we survive the kicking without big damage. We lost 4-0 and second half Lucan was cas'd yet again, this time by a Wight. But he gets another MVP due to that spectacular fail play.
