“First SL game ever! Played against a secret weapon (bombs) themed rat team, Clan Skryre. Some bad luck (dropped the ball on a single GFI into the end zone on turn 8 of first half) had the game at 0-0 at halftime, then rats scored quickly and held out to prevent me from scoring. An excellent hail mary punt of the ball all the way to my end zone made it nearly impossible to ferry the ball all the way to the other endzone.

It was a story of AV9 vs AV7 and block vs no block. But unfortunately also AG2 vs AG3 and MA4 vs MA7.

Well played by opponent and a fun match-up for my first foray into secret league.

My zombiefied dwarves (?) managed to exact some measure of vengeance in blood... 48 vs 22 blocks, 6 vs 2 fouls, and playing the numbers game successfully for a long time.”
