What can be said of this game? I thought it'd be a quite even and nice one, but it turned out to be rather nasty and I'd say that all the luck was on my side. In the start, Ray_Gitzkey had only 10 players. The handicap roll resulted in "I am the greatest", which meant he could only field nine players at the start.

The first half started with a blitz, but some nasty casualities (two SI) made it easy to turn it around to a TD in my favour. At the next kickoff, Ray_Gitzkey made a beautiful rush and hade the ball-carrier covered real good, and managed a TD in two turns.

The second half started in the same manner as the second part of half one, with a quick snap and a try at scoring through a rush in the lower part of the field. Once again that strategy worked nicely, this time more due to pushbacks and failed dodges than a well covered ball-carrier. The next kick-off lead to a quite clean TD in my favour, and the score was 2-2.

Now it was getting exciting. Ray_Gitzkey had managed two two-turn TD's, while mine had taken longer time. Since I was kicking, and there was just four turns left, it seemed impossible to score a third touchdown on my behalf while quite possible that Ray_Gitzkey would score once more. The kickoff once more resulted in a quick-snap and a rush at the bottom. Once again, the blocks and dodges were very successfull. And once again, the block against the ball carrier failed, resulting in the third TD.

When it seemed possible to get a 3-3 end of the game, a riot held it up for the last turns but one. There was not much left to do, than to congratulate the winner. He truly deserves it.
