“Good Secret League game against friendly coach from southern California. First time against Cathay, which were a cool team with lots of fend and side step, as well as a big guy which had skilled up with block and proved super hard to get off the pitch.

Slayers were true to their name (and calling) and won the blocking and fouling games quite handily... and managed a nearly elf-like sequence in the end, picking up in a tackle zone, dodging out to hand off, then going for it twice to score. Not bad at all.

Ball and chain and Boomer both had some good fun in the first half.

No players were damaged permanently during the game, and we both live to fight another day.
