“The Bobbleheads took to the field in particularly low spirits, certain Ripclaw was going to end their lives. Indeed, it looked bleak as several of the Bobbleheads were removed by rat blocks and rat fouls in the first half. The end of the half saw each team just start fouling indiscriminately, but things began to look up when the Red Guard, Greyeyes was injured by a foul... Gary spent a lot of time staring off into the stands, apparently distracted by a pretty bit of fluff, floating in the wind.

In the second half, Arnoc the Angry got ahold of Ripclaw... and it looked like it was going to be end of that storm vermin, at least by the quantity of blood pouring out onto the field. In an amazing display of knowledge of skaven anatomy, their team doctor patched Ripclaw together sufficiently to take the field again. Meanwhile, the rest of the Bobbleheads couldn't hold their lines together against the greater organization and skill of the skaven. Deveté made a dash for the endzone, scoring the tying touchdown much earlier than desired, Eyebiter close on his heels. Gary discovered a lump on his leg, and sat down to investigate. Greyeyes was still napping in the dugout. The Redtooth's Reavers were unable to respond with a winning touchdown of their own, and the game went into overtime.

The Bobbleheads were chomping at the bit; they were down players and were eager to give back what they'd received in overtime. While they ended up kicking the ball again, they dashed towards the location where it appeared it would land. While Deveté was unable to catch the ball outright, he was able to knock the ball backwards to his comrades who squatted over it. In the shoving match which followed, Gary discovered a new texture on the inside of his nose, and investigated it far more completely than necessary. Osamé used all his training and managed to give Ripclaw a skull fracture, removing him from the field. Deveté was forced to make another dash to the endzone, but was stopped cold by Spidereater. At this point, both sides demonstrated just how tired they were. After a series of poorly executed by both teams, it looked like the game was going to end in a last minute shootout. Osamé managed to dash into the melee, and wrest the ball away from Spidereater. Deveté twisted and turned, snatched up the ball running for the endzone. (3+ 4+ dodges, 4+ pickup, 3+ dodge and two GFIs for the game winning touchdown.) The end of the game was theft, plain and simple. Theft that only a sneaky hobgoblin could have pulled off.”
