“A game in which the ff and rr count certainly decided it. Two brand new dwarf teams both going at it - both quite similar really, the Contra's had a couple more special players to show for their spending but Blue Dwarf had 2 rr and 9 ff to Contra's 1 and 6 respectively, which were vital - whenever Contra had some bad luck, they got into trouble, while Blue Dwarf were able to build up control, knocking out a couple of opponents and generally getting plenty of assists in their blocks, the rr's barely had to be used with plenty of 2 die blocks, while Contra had to chance their arms with 1 die blocks and several times the skulls that came up cost them.
A good, clean game - no si's or rip, healthy earnings and a few spp's spread around for the Blue Dwarves as well :P”
