“After a very long hiatus, the coach for the tortured Creepers has returned. Of course, my coaching is not really worth speaking of, primarily winning because, well, ogres.
Play of the match absolutely goes to Bongo and Mad Zuk. The creepers recieved first, but I didn't defend my drive at all, so we scored early. This resulted in Mad Zuk having a good space to run forward in, but the sure handed ogre simply wouldn't be close enough to score - and no other ogres around to throw a snot. The Creepers figured we were safe.
But Bongo changed all of that. Coming up the far wing of the pitch, he had lumbered into the backfield and was playing with a punching bag zombie. Of course, this wasn't having much affect, as is usual with zombies, so, when Mad Zuk THREW A BEAUTIFULLY SPIRALLED PERFECT PASS TO BONGO, well, the astonishment could not have been higher. Bongo, despite the zombie lunging in his face (although to be fair, against the ogre Bongo, it was more like lunging in his sternum), casually caught the elf like pass, straight armed the zombie to the ground and thundered towards the end zone for a first half turn 8 equalizer.
Unfortunately, after this utterly incredible display of prowess, Bongo slipped on the end zone white line (undoubtedly zombie guts, the Creepers do cheat a lot), and the half ended anticlimactically, amidst all the howls of shock and awe from the display of ogre agility.
The rest of the match mostly involved splattering snotlings, and brawling in the midfield.”
