“Total Eclipse brought a dark day upon the Kowboyz. It was their first match against their sworn enemies, the Dark Elves, and their first loss. This game also marked the deaths of Hateshroud, the beloved Troll blocker, and Snig, some nasty-smelling goblin that was picked up after last game to fill in for Knut Darkarse, who was out with an injury. A pretty one sided affair from start to finish, the Kowboyz found themselves unable to establish momentum, and the lack of blocking skill on the Black Orcs was felt most acutely. The team badge will be taken down for the next game as a gesture of mourning for our departed Troll, and run back up after that by the team's new apothecary, recently promoted from his post as water-squig after the unfortunate accidental consumption of his predecessor by grief-stricken goblin fans.”
