Dice were solid. No epic fails on either side...biggest chance roll for the Lords were a success popping the ball free in turn 4 or so to make me sweat, but he couldn't hold it and his gutter runner was BH for it the next turn.
I like to think my biggest luck was winning the coin toss. Knew I had to make him score early and then just grind to have a shot. Glad it worked.
Also helped that Lichens roots were on point with 4 successful fouls.
Lords complained of ref tree hugging, but give the ref a break. It's not like Lichen actually wears boots. She stabs you with a root through the ground.
Solid play by Misterlonestar throughout, made me shuffle around a lot more than I would have liked in the second half, but ultimately just didn't have enough non-rookie rats left to stop me. Final kick perfect defense sealed the deal.
