“First match for my stunty Skink roster and it was against an Ogre team with 6 Ogres! We received and managed to score relatively quickly after failing to remove one Ogre with a number of gang fouls and tying up the others.

We then got lucky as opponents failed a pick up and we managed to swarm forward and grab the ball before running in to half time with a two nothing lead.

By this point I'd suffered quite a lot of KO's but then the second half started and skinks just started getting destroyed including one getting killed. Every Ogre blocked resulted in a skink leaving the field.

Opponent carried with a snotling meaning we could blitz a few times and managed to sack a few times but I quickly ran out of players until it was just the Krox left who did manage a 3 die blitz on the ball carrier (and rerolled) but just managed pushes before he was surfed off the pitch. Ogres could then simply run it in!

Set up with 4 players and 2 turns left and we just grabbed the ball and parked in the back field to see the game out.

Good game, very brutal though and we got a side step level up skink!”
