JJ played the first half perfectly and had my ball carrier against the sideline. My -2D block pushed him away and then the ball carrier made a dodge to reach the endzone.

Kick-off gave me a perfect defense which kept him from evening it in the first half.

The second half Kick-off I get a blitz but still slightly overcommitted to one side and was not able to keep him from scoring.

The next kick off was a perfect defense in his favor. Still I pushed ahead and nearly was able to score.

OT started and neither of us had rerolls. Neither of his two KOs woke up giving me a two man advantage. I won the coin toss and chose to receive. Despite a valiant effort on his part I was able to score.

The bottom line is that if I don't score in the first half, this one does not go into OT and I lose. Hard luck loss for the Kurgan.”
