“Ah, dwarves vs elves. What a classic matchup!

The elves placed expendable players on the LoS, and the dwarves crunched them. The dwarves picked up the ball, and the elves danced their way into the backfield, took down the ball carrier, and caught the bounce in 3 tackle zones - but what else is new? Then, the dwarves took out more players. Then the elves couldn't make a break for it. So the dwarves took out more players. Then the elves finally scored in turn 6! So the dwarves took out more players.

Second half, and the elves really kicked things up. Starting with only 7 players, they dodged and danced and skated the ball up the sideline - but the dwarf mass was too much, so the elves sidestepped and punted the ball into the dwarf backfield - but one dwarf could reach the ball! No worries, the elves dodged 3 times and took him down.



Of course, this was Khorne doing all the dodging, and ironbreakers moving around the pitch, not dwarves and elves. So we're not REALLY sure what happened this game. But it did FEEL like a dwarf vs elf match (note that there was not a single KO'd player all game. And 2 more Khorne frenziers were shoved off the sideline and badly hurt beyond the 4 that were taken down directly by the ironbreaker irons.)”
