We killed Fokker on the first turn, and then it seemed like every turn Gotrek was cursed with 1s and skulls. I was planning to stall to turn 5 and not give room to equalise, but with all that luck I managed to eke out an 8th turn score. Of course, on his next turn he killed Ralph, which served me right.

Second half was similar, but in reverse - I couldn't quite stop the march of the orcs, and although foul appearance worked well enough to make the Legion burn some rerolls, we got clogged up and couldn't stop a retalitory 8th turn TD.

So quite even, by the end. I don't like stalling, but with a slow team like this it's necessary. Thanks to Gotrk for supplying a replacement rotter for the one he killed.”
