“Grudge game against the Deathgrips who beat the Rivermen in their last match. Norsemen started out hot out of the gates, killing poor gobbo MTAF on the line of scrimmage. Rivermen ground it out to score on turn 7, then the Underworld team didn't quite make it to score in first half.

Second half, norsemen forced an early score from the UW and managed to weasel the ball in for a lead. There was a good play for a TTM attempt--even a reroll handy--but the skaven runner had too strong feelings about the dirty gobbo who was waiting for the ball to hand it over. Hilarious and classic blood bowl.

Teams are tied and bets are on for the tie-breaker!

Also: curse is broken for the Rivermen who've won their first game: 1/3/1 after 5 games. Not bad.”
