“Dash to Death

A spectacular opening game for the WFB6th league union thing. All what you expect from a bloodbowl game, touchdowns, injuries,deaths, fouls and wild animals.
Tenpoles first turn ended in injury with the GR Devon failing a gfi and falling heavily on his arm. Dr McCoy, Tenpoles medic was able to give him a quick fix and returned him to the dug out.
Team Tenpoles luck did not get any better as in Krinkles turn 3 the coach issued the wrong order and a pass action which Tenpole was counting on failing never happened. Then to make things worse Alex the GR failed a dodge en-route to surround the hobgoblin ball carrier. All that was left for the hobgoblin to do was hand off the ball and watch Stankataur (known as Stinkataur by the other teams because of his sweaty armpits) to sprint for the first touchdown of the league.
In the next drive which saw the ball moving from one wing to the other in typical skaven style saw Jon Snow take out a hobgoblin for the rest of the game. In revenge the tough blocker Garm crashed his huge fist into the skull of Dash Decent GR killing him. While Krinkle Kids were distract with their violence, thrower Jack passed the ball to Alex who scurried for the equalizer for team Tenpole.

2nd half

The second half had team Tenpole just moments away from a touchdown when unexpectedly Bullpuck McBlitz succesfully dodge out of a DZ to blitz Kaptain Klep and steal the ball, then run through the opposition defences and score a touchdown.
Desperate for a touchdown and getting a touchback result coach Tenpole had the Rat Ogre take the ball. After so many Wild animals surely he would not suffer more. But alas he did and the game was lost.
