“FIRST HALF
A kick off close to half-way, and a failed pickup left the Daemons grouped around the ball. Bray-Shaman Malagor could not contain his ferocity and unleashed fireball at the pitch. The Beastmen threw themselves at the ball and took it, before tripping unceremoniously and giving up possession.
Cerberus Beast battled bravely as the ooze spread up the field from the halfway line. Butting and Fouling had little effect.
Facing overwhelming Guard skill they were losing the battle - and losing players to Mighty KO's - and could not prevent a T8 score by Ghoyle Poxgut at the end of a powerful drive from Rot Mansion Couriers.
SECOND HALF
The KO's, bans, and sweltering heat meant just seven goat-faced players faced off to only nine rotting abominations.
A swift drive up the flank lead to ground made, but ball lost.. ..then thrown back in by the crowd.
The Daemons of Nurgle struggled to pick up the ball.
A loose scrap developed before the ball was swept up by Ungor Doe Nakkoz Spite, who dodged away to score in T8.”
