“For some idiotic reason I failed to induce anything at the start of the match (I was eying up some tasty star players, forgot to click properly) and I had a sinking feeling that this was going to be the first time ever that I conceded a match. With Ghuzkac parked on the end zone and looking to stall for 5 turns while we got pasted, I was getting seriously down, but a blitz shoved him in to force the score, and then we had 3 or 4 turns of ineptitude as I failed to pass or pick up the ball. Stilton did kill a beastman, but he came back due to their doctor, so I was struggling.

Second half was really fun - trying to defend with my weedy team against all that block, losing the ball, recovering the ball, getting where I thought I was safe to score and then having inexplicably agile Chaos Warriors sack me again... and then on the 7th turn I remembered I had an AG5 rat, and he made it to pick up the ball, on what felt like the first time I didn't roll a 1 when I needed a 2+. Really need to let the adrenalin subside now...”
