Bolts won the coin toss, and elected to receive. Not much happened injury wise for a couple of turns, the teams jockeyed for position. Big Boi was sent forward as sentinel, and Pats players wanted to corner him. He endured the hits, including some from super star killer Joe Mays. He did a couple of really difficult dodges as well. He endured some more Mays hit, then badly hurt on a relatively simple dodge. This started a snowball effect, which resulted at a lot of other badly hurts and KOs on the bolts side...

...but enough about foreshadowing. Most of the 1st half was spent on positioning. Pats seemed to gain advantage, and corner the bolts cage, then bolts players decided to go all in, and raced towards the end zone. There was an open tackle opportunity, which was capitalized on by Johnson. There were multiple sacks afterwards, and some scoring attempts, but the half ended as 0-0. (SpecialOne, if you read this one, ping me, as you must appreciate that type of defense based on your body of work!)

2nd half was a typical Patriots grind. 8 turns, 1 score. Half the bolts team off the pitch. Lionel la Pulga Messi did a great 1 turn attempt, just tripping on the goalline. I thought he had got it when he ran past the tackle zones.
