“What a game. This game was obviously Seahawk's too lose. The Erengrad team has been underperforming continuously in the opening of the Corona league. Despite cheating by making a pre-league paid game with the neatherdragtick Ghoulish Ghasts.
The game was dominated by the Hawks, and only when they had a bad turn did the Kislevites manage to get the ball. Two times the Hawks threw the victory almost on purpose giving the Kislevites a td where none such should have been given.
For the first time we saw the Hawks develop their passers and catchers in a more sensible manner.. the opening game saw them using them in reverse.
Of course the hawks were pretty hammered by missing Trævoldtag, the wardancer who died in the first match.
Without a duo of wardancers every yard is hard fought.
The future is looking bright though, and if the economy gets better the Hawks will find another wardancer. ”
“What a match! Top seeded Athelorn Seahawks against eternal fan favourite Erengrad Grinders.
Everyone was expecting a blast and boy did the fans get what they asked for!
The Grinders dominated the game, as they usually do, but even so the Seahawks managed to pull off a draw.
The Seahawks flaunted about wigling their hips and waving on the crowd with their loose wrists. All the while the Grinders gave them a thorough thrashing.
Only with the greatest of luck (and most likely cheating too) did the Seahawks manage to not loose with a huge margin.
Another triumph for the Grinders!”
