#2 Mikez "A-Train" – Dead (RIP)
#6 Mongo – Gouged Eye (MNG)
#7 Ozi Ozenyoira – Dead (RIP)
Travis McBooger here, ready for another bloody day of ball. Tonight's "Tuesday Tumble" between SS and WWW turned out to be just as bloody as expected. In the last hours of light from the sun, the Runnerz ran onto the field with confidence, both Gutterrunners were active, and looking forward to use their speed as the ultimate weapon against the slow but deadly Chaos players.

However this tactic wasn't exactly hard to figure out, seeing as this more or less is what the furry little feckers are known to do. As such the SS coach had anticipated this tactic and from the first whistle, he send his horde stomping down the pitch sending the skavens flying left and right. With in the first seconds of the match, the Beastman Horn-Henrik made his move and blitzed the WWW star player "A-Train", and with a lethal blow he send him of the pitch and straight to his grave, as his injuries were so massive that even the team apothecary could do nothing to save him.

This was not exactly the start the Skaven coach and his players had hoped for. A sense of fear for their own lives as well as a hunger for revenge filled the Runnerz as they did all in their power to turn the match around. But as we have seen in in more than one match, revenge is not something that goes well with a certain Ratogre on this team. And being surrounded by Chaos players didn't do him well. Even though he had strength in his favour and help from some teammates, his attack left him biting the grass as so often before. The SS players were quick to use the panic in the skavens, to spread even more chaos as Jørgen Jernkæbe pushed the skaven thrower into the crowd. Second later, the chaos team had reduced the number of skavens of the field to 7 players, before Jørgen Jernkæbe scored the first touchdown of the game and his career.

Clouds started gathering above the pitch, and soon the rain started puring down, as the Wyrdrunnerz got ready to receive the ball. The skaven coach had a close eye on the clock and set in motion a play to make sure that the Runnerz would at least get a score in, before the halftime.
The first couple of blocks went the right way, a when first Brøle-Franz and then Bjarne Blodsplat was sent of the field, the skaven coach finally got something to smile about. With the ball in the hands of his trusted "Muscle Hamzter", it was up to the lineman Truebone to get the last block in, that would open the widezone just in time for runner to get were he had to go. But as we have learned with this skaven team over this season, failure is not an option, more as it is something to be expected. And as such the skaven coach could only look on in disbelief as first Truebone went down and of the field, only to be followed seconds later by Ozi, as Flemming Kastestjerne send him to his grave.

Second half started with the runnerz on the ball. And though they only had 8 players on the field from the beginning, they hadn't given up hope entirely. For the first time this season, Mongo was still active, and though they lost one Gutterrunner, the second was still up and running, eager to prove his new status as the teams starplayer. And only down by 1 score, the task may have been uphill, but certainly not impossible.

It did however not take long for the SS players to turn this around, as the first minutes saw Mongo leaving the field severely injured and missing the next game, as well as a couple of perfect blocks on the lone Gutterrunner, that send the ball into the crowd and flying back onto the pitch as far away from any skaven, as it more or less could have gotten.

In the last minutes of the match, the skaven did as they usually have done. Scramble about, trying to survive and desperately try to get their paws on the ball. The only thing they actually succeeded in, was surviving. The SS players followed their playbook to the letter, scoring a second touchdown in order to close the deal. And with no Gutterrunners and only 7 players left on the field, Wyrdrunnerz had nothing to offer in terms of resistance against the strong chaos players. And the fact that Horn-Henrik fumbled the ball and the chance to score a touchdown as the clock ran down, was as small a victory as they get for the skaven coach.

I had surely hoped to see the furry runnerz put up a faster fight against the SS team. But having seen the previous games, I also knew that it would have taken more than speed and skill, if the skaven players should have succeeded in their endavours.
The SS players did what they could and what they are known and feared for. And it worked like a glove against the soft and somewhat fragile Wyrdrunnerz. I truly hope that they will be able to put up a fight against the Ghasts come the end of the season, as they might be the only team able to do so.

This is Travis McBooger saying good night and thank you for the fight.
