“Report by the FAMILY:

Against his better judgement, after the disappointment of the first non-win in the history of the FAMILY, the coach jumps on Discord to find a new match. Unfortunately, neither the coach nor the FAMILY have recovered from the previous game, and everyone is really, *really* tired.

The lizards induce Drull and Dribl. The family starts in offense. OLD SCHOOL UNCLE fails the pickup. At the end of the second turn, the FAMILY is distracted and goes after easy punches instead of protecting the ball. Nuffle forgives and the 2D blitz from a blockless saurus results in an innocent push. The FAMILY is thirsty for blood, but the skinks are well protected and the punches on the big lizards are not very effective. DAD is left isolated and ends up KO. THE ONE WE DON'T TALK ABOUT fails to dodge away from the Kroxi and KO's himself. It's 9 vs. 11. MOM is isolated and out of range, and gets fouled. A skink is sent off but the coach manages to argue with the ref. It's turn 4 and the ball is still at the LoS line, with the family trying to push on the least crowded side.of the pitch. To coach is sleepy and PRINCESS punches a saurus in a spot that blocks the path for advancing. This gives time to the lizards to surround the members of the FAMILY. A lucky block sends a saurus KO, but the ball is still in a very dangerous spot. TOOTHLESS GRAMMA doesn't like the idea of dying and regenerates instead. OLD SCHOOL UNCLE dodges away from the lizards with the ball and asks for MOM's support getting in TD range. But the rest of the FAMILY is not so lucky and is still stuck between big lizards. The ball is blitzed by a blockless saurus. Both down. MOM and a skink have tackle zones on the ball. Scoring doesn't seem impossible now! But, a RR is used on a GFI and MOM's blitz on the skink results in a both down. At least the skink is badly hurt. First blood but no TD!

Second half. But the coach is sleepy, and thinks that this is 8th turn! So the FAMILY starts the second half by the TD line! This gives the lizards two turns of completely undisturbed play. The family runs forward! The ball is blitzed away from a skink and the bounce is good. The lizards storm on the ball, a skink fails a pickup and the bounces are unkind to the FAMILY this time, with the ball landing safe between three saurus. Skinks are punched, but with little success. MIDLIFE CRISIS is inevitably pushed into the crowd and the lizards recover the ball, but they fail at protecting the ball carrier so HIPPIE AUNTIE can blitz the ball away. The ball bounces safely between two saurus. PRINCE gets close to TD range, there is still hope for the last turn! The lizards pick it up again and go forward. They have the potential to score too but the ball is not protected. HIPPIE AUNTIE again blizes the ball barrier. A 1/9 failed blocks ends the lizards turn prematurely. In the last epic turn the FAMILY punches two big lizards, picks up the ball, passes to PRINCE who catches with the help of the last reroll! Only one gfi is missing for the winning TD! But Nuffle disagrees!
