The coach does not learn from his mistakes and again tries to deal with the disappointment from a bad loss by jumping head first, half asleep, into a new game looking for a win. Here we are for another game that should not have been played.
This time is the baddies that induce a wizard. The baddies being a nicely developed lizard team with 4 block sauri and a MV9 skink. And we got no tackle!
The FAMILY baddies setup asymmetrically and the FAMILY receives. Deep kick. The lzards wait. Two gang fouls on the Kroxi are not enough to do any damage, nor for the referee to notice. The lizards start putting pressure on the ball. But we have a an option with two ghouls that went north so we hand-off there and try a quick score. But the wizard this time does his job properly and OLD SCHOOL UNLCE is a frog. The lizards get onto the ball. MIDLIFE CRISIS KO's a skink, only one saurus on the ball. PRINCE tries the pickup anyway with his AG4 but even a reroll is not enough. Chainpushes an no more FAMILY on the ball. The MV 9 skink gets the ball and runs away. Princes blitzes but a reroll is not enough for either a POW or a Both-Down. Nuffle is not on our side so far. Few more turns of punches and stalling and the baddies score by turn 8.
It's 10 vs. 10 in the second half. MOM got KO'd and did not wake up, and our AG4 OLD SCHOOL UNCLE was badly hurt while experiencing the tough life of a frog on a blood bowl pitch. Throw a rock and a saurus is out. 10 vs. 9. The baddies fail the pickup and PRINCE runs to the ball. This time AG4 pays off and the ball is in his hand, next to a skink. He is blitzed but block keeps him up. AG4 means we can play like elves and so we do. A hand-off to THE ONE and we could score this turn. But the dodge uses the reroll so there is nothing to do when the hand-off is not catched. The baddies blitz but dodge keeps THE ONE up, but the lizards can easily recover the ball. PRINCE dodges like an elf and blitzes the ball. The bounce is good. DAD injuries the Kroxi. This game is still interesting! PRINCE is blitzed on the ball and the bounce is not FAMILY-friendly. The skink again has the ball. PRINCESS badly hurts a saurus. It's 9 vs. 7. But the skink gets free with a chainpush and he is *fast*. Luckily a saurus double skulls on MIDLIFE CRISIS, the only one in range to blitz the fast skink. THE ONE follows for support. Both down is good enough to get the ball out of his hands, and with this heroic deed MIDLIFE CRISIS is killed. Thanks for your service! The skink is stunned. RICH UNCLE is KO so it's 7 vs. 7 for the last three turns. Anyone could still score in this game which gets more and more fun. GRUMPY GRAMPA KO's the skink tagging THE ONE, who is now free to pickup the ball and start our offense again. Another saurus goes KO. 7 vs. 5. PRINCESS is KO'd. 6 vs. 5. A GFI fails so no blitz on the ball. Turn 7. A skink is pushed into the crowd. 6 vs. 4. But PRINCE makes a mistake and doesn't follow up so he is stuck in a tackle zone and cannot help help in defense. THE ONE get in touchdown range. SMELLY GRAMMA is BH. It's 5 vs. 4. But it's a both down, so the saurus is not free. Nuffle smiles and the saurus dodges with a 6 and gets in contact with THE ONE. Last turn. A dodge and is touchdown. 1. Dodge skill. 2. The end.
