Another close one, but like our first game I couldn't quite stop my opponent from grabbing the winner - small errors both times gave them a better chance I fear. This time after a desperate fightback to get my catcher within range to grab the winner, Skitter Stab-Stab ran in and, well, stabbed him. I just about recovered whereupon their Rat Ogre made two GFIs to knock the ball free, and of course Skitter was there to make a long pass for the turn 16 winner.

Puggy Performance : Spent much of the first half hiding from Skitter, though he did hit the thing once to little effect. In the second, succeeded in putting down the gutter runner with the ball, had my thrower not missed the pass after that the game might have gone differently. As it was, poor Puggy was promptly stabbed to death by the wretched Skitter, who certainly won the battle of the stars here! Well, I am sure Puggy won't let a little thing like death stand between him and tomorrow's breakfast...”
